All equipment, new or old, requires annual maintenance & inspections.
Poorly-maintained equipment can break down at the worst time. Let one of our many Authorized Service Partners perform this critical service for you. Have your tanks and appliances serviced before winter arrives.
At Kelly’s Propane, we are dedicated to the safety of its customers. We will help them to comply with all propane storage and handling regulations.
Ontario residents must comply with the CAN/CSA B149.2 Propane Storage and Handling Code and the CAN/CSA B149.1 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code. The legislation is designed to ensure that all systems meet the propane gas code requirements and are in safe working condition. In Ontario, inspections need to be done at least every 10 years or when an additional appliance is added. Contact us to arrange an inspection of:
- Propane lines
- Propane-fueled appliances to ensure that they’re operating and venting properly
- Regulators, joints and fittings
If you’re an existing propane user who has installed additional propane equipment, contact us and we will book you in for a free inspection. Inspection times vary depending on the number of appliances and the size of the installation. Normally, we can complete most inspections in less than 2 hours.
Following your inspection, your Kelly’s Propane rep will review the results with you and answer any questions you might have. We’ll also keep a record of your inspection on file.
Regular maintenance & inspections are crucial to ensuring the long life and safety of your propane supply. You can also reference this code by contacting the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA).
